Who is Pervy Pup?

Pervy Pup is a pink hell hound puppy. He looks innocent, but has a giant perverse streak. With him being a hell hound, he is immortal, and chooses to physically stay looking like a puppy. 

His fur is naturally light pink with a light blue fluffy tail, and because of this, children normally gravitate towards him. 

He is his own entity and is sentient. He has no need for an owner and never will.

He is good friends with Zoot. 

Likes: Perverted things, pretty ladies, sleeping. 

Dislikes: People judging him, second-hand smoke, children.
